 Spondylosis ke bare me office me kaam karne wale ko aachchi tarah hi malum hay .dard jo hote hay woh batane wala nehi!aur sharir pura out of control ho jate.kaam me dhyan dena muskil ho jate hay .Subhe bister se utho to halka halka chakkar aana suru.Office jao kursi pe  baitho aur fir jaise hi uthoge chakkar?sar chakra jate hay,dar habi hote hay ander.Chutkara chahiye to  office yoga in 6 easy way practice kijiye.colleagues hasengey?Nehi hasenge, woh inspire hongey aapke saath,guarantee.....

21june ko Bharat me Yoga divas manay jate hay ,Rastro punj ne bhi ise sikriti diye hay.21 june lamba din hote hay,21 june Yoga divas aapke lambe aayu aur nirog life ke liye bhi .Ab aate hay desk yoga aapke liye ,sirf 6 tho karo 10 minute ke liye,result hatho haath.Office me break time pe kar lijiye,fir aap lunch karo ye snacks lo koi farak nehi padta yaaro!

Now its your break time.10 minute aapke  sharir ke liye.........

  1) Chair ko thoda sa piche lijiye.aur baith jaiye,sharir sidha rakhkho sir.aapna mathe ko dhire dhire upor niche kijiye 3 times.Aab mathe ko anti clock aur clock wise ghumaiye 3 times karke .

  2) Aab kursi ke thoda samne baitho,dono haath panchiyo ki tarah spread kardo aur haatho ki wrist dono twist karo 6 times.

 3) Karke.Fir kursi ke pichey hoke baithiye aur body ki upor wala hissa ekbaar right dusri baar left kijiye 3 times karke.


Sir aap to bahut hi badiye kar rahe ho!chaliye aab dono payer ki tow ek saath me uthaiye aur heel rahega floor me,isko 6 times kare,warm up complete hogaye.sidha baithe ho na aap,to muh bandh kijiye aur

4) Swas lijiye naak se,bandh karo swas,count kijiye man me 1,2,3 aur fir naak sehi swas chodiye.swas bandh karne ke time me aapna rectum ander ki taraf halka sa khichiye ga.6times kijiye is technic ko.


5)Aab sidha baithe huey hi dono naak se swas chodiye,jab swas chodengey to pet ander aayega,swas lengey to pet bahar jayga.isko thoda jyada karna hay,array sir sirf 30times karo isko, baas hogaye.Aab aate hay agla Yoga pranayam me .Its so simple!

  6) Ungli se right naak ko bandh karo,aur left  se swas lo.fir left  naak bandh karo  aur right naak se chodo.aise karke swas lo aur chodo.Kya kaha aapne isko to anulom bilom kahete hay,bilkul thik bol rahe ho sir ,isehi anulom bilom kahete hay.15 times karo isko.ho gaye.baas aapke Yoga practice.Thoda sa paani pijiye jarur!
