sooji ..1.5 cup
Plain dahi ...1/2 cup
salt as pr taste
plain water --1/2 cup
Khane ki soda ...1/4 spoon
refined oil ...1 table spoon
Chopped onion---1 medium size ki
Nariyel grate kiya --1/2 mala

Sooji 1.5 cup ko bowl medaliye,add kare 1/2 cup plain whisk kiya dahi. Mix kare salt. dhire dhire paani dal ke ue whisk kare .Semi thik hoga uttapam ki batter.Sooji se bana rahe hay hum ,to paani
me sooji fule ga aur batter jyada sukha na ho jaye ,iski dhyan rakhiye.

Sooji ki uttapam to banayenge ,lekin saath me kuch accompany bhi to chahiye.Ek chutny bana lete hay,jo aam dukan me milte hay usse bilkul alag sa .Uttapam batter me maine soda aur oil nehi dale abhitak ,kiuki Uttapam fry karne se pahele use milaunga.


Chutny recipe

Tomato ...2 pcs
onion ... 1 bada size ke
Ginger ... 1 inch
Dry chili ...2 pcs
Curry patta ....8 /10 pcs
Refined oil --2table spoon
Haldipowder ...1 tea spoon
Chilli powder ....1 tea spoon
Grate kiya nariyel ...2 tea spoon
salt as per taste 
Gur ...2table spoon
Sugar free --- 1sachet

Tomato bada pices me cut kijiye,onion bhi cube size me,ginger slice me kate .kadai me 2 table spoon oil dijiye ,fir daliye 1spoon jeera seed.curry patta tukda karke daliye,whole chili tukda karke dale,onion aur tomato mix kare,add kare ginger slice .


Thoda flame bada ke ,chili powder,haldi powder mix kare.Usme se 3 table spoon utha lijiye,baki me daliye gur aur cook kijiye badiya karke .fir jab thoda  sabji mix hone lage, to use oven se nikal lijiye .
Thanda hone dijiye usey aur fir  pahele nikala hua masala ko mixi me blend kare,aur add kare sugar free aur nariyel.

Aabhi dusra portion ko daliye mixi me ,add kare nariyel grate aur gur ki tukda sare .Mix kijiye aachi taraha .Yehi hay aap ke chutny with gur ki,pahele wale chutny tha with sugar free ka .


Ab karte hay uttapam ki taiyari.Ek mota sa tawa oven pe bithaiye,
Batter jo banake rakhkhe ho usme aabhi add karna hay soda .Ek chota sa bowl me oil 1/ spoon aur khane ki soda 1/2 spoon achchi taraha milaiye .

Thodi der me hi batter fulne lagenge .Fir ek ladel daliye batter aur use halka haath me spread kar dijiye,fir chopped kiya onion,chopped tomato,chopped ginger aur green chili spread kijiye.
Fry hone dijiye 1 se 1.5 minute,fir ulta karke dusra side,halka sa fry kare .
