red pumpkin --400 grams

onion --1 pc fine chopped
garlic --4 cloves chopped
plain flour --1spoon
corn flour --1 spoon
Pepper powder --1 spoon
oregano --1 spoon
salt --as per taste
fresh cream --1 tea spoon
butter --2 table spoon

pumpkin pahele pilled kijiye , fir  chote chote tukra me cut daliye .ab us tukra sare ek mixi ki jarme dale saath me dijiye onion aur garlic bhi . aur oose paste kare.jab paste ho jaye to oose strainer me chak lijiye. ek fry  pan ko gas oven me bithaiye .pan garam hua to usme 1.5 table spoon butter dijiye.add kare chopped onion,aur garlic bhi .

Fir usme daliye oregano one spoon,one spoon maida,thodasa oose fry kare fir add kare pumpkin puree,jo aapne blend karke rakhkha.thoda boiled hua to add kijiye,peppercorn powder,aur salt.sprinkle jaise hi aaye to mix kare ,paani me ghula hua corn flour .

Pumpkin soup ready ho gaye ,serving bowl me dale,bacha hua half spoon butter pahele dijiye upor me,fir 1 tea spoon fresh cream spread kijiye .thoda dhaniya patta spread kare .baas aap ki pumpkin soup ready hay.
