whole moong dal sprout --1/2cup
Tomato --1/2 pcs
Onion --1/2 pcs
white pepper --1/4 tea spoon
salt --as per taste
extravirgin olive oil --1 spoon

Bowl me dale sprout wala whole moong,chopped tomato,chopped onion,mix ki jiye yise extravirgin olive oil ke saath,khane se pahele add kare salt ko .lunch me ye break fast me lijiye yise.pahela din se hi aapko pata chalega whole moong dal salad kitna badiya hay .



moong dal curry

Recipe

whole moong dal --1 cup
tomato --1 big size
onion --1 big size
garlic -- 3 cloves
ginger paste --1 spoon
haldi powder --1 spoon
jeera powder -- 1 spoon
dhaniya powder --1 spoon
kashmiri chili powder-- 1/2 spoon
green chili -- 1/2 spoon paste
chota elaichi -- 2 pcs
dalchini -- 2 chota tukda
clove --3 pcs
sabut jeera -- 1 spoon
salt --as per taste
hing --1/2 spoon
Ghee/refined oil --2 table spoon

whole moong dal ko bhiga ke rakhiye 30 minute.fir pressure cooker me 6 whistle dijiye,pressure me dene se pahele-usme add kare 1/2 spoon haldi powder aur salt. dal jab pak jaye utar lijiye.

ek fry pan lijiye usme ghee/ oil daliye  .add kare hing, sabut jeera ,dalchini, elaichi,clove,onion,tomato ,ginger- garlic -green chili paste.aachcha karke cooke kare aur jab oil nikle to mix ki jiye boiled whole moong dal ko .aapke moong dal curry ready ho gaye .rice ye roti ke saath kha sakte ho.
