Ab saboon se haath pyaer dhoiye.khana pina jitna ho sake ghar ki lijiye,bahar ki jitna ho sake avoid kijiye. Wash karne ke liye koi bhi soap ye soap powder use kare,saath me 1 liter paani me 2 spoon bleaching powder mila ke solution banake rakhiye .Usi me se kapda dhone ke baad use kijiye,final sanitization ke rup se.

Ghar darwaza,uski handle,gate ko bhi sanitize kijiye regular yisi me se .Doctor jo regualar saal,bhar -
