Bowl me aanda todke daliye,mix kijiye usme onion,tomato,green chili ,palak aur salt .Aachchi taraha whisk karke rakhiye usey .Fir jaisehi fulka bane uske kisi bhi ek side thoda cut daliye aur mix kiya hua egg usme bada ladel se pour kijiye .Tawa me thoda sa deshi ghee dijiye aur fir wohi egg pour kiya hua chapati ko fry kijiye,thoda kadak karke.

Pahele jis side se egg mix pour kiya usko tawa ki garam ghee me 1 minute ke liye dabake rakhiye,fir unha se liquid nehi nikle ga .Garma garam use nikal lijiye.Badiya karke char piece me katiye.Ek sujhao hay ,wohi aanda roti jab katenge to usko pizza ki cutting shape me cut a.Hotel ki itne saalo ki knowledge hume sikhaye hay, ki khana pahele aankho ko satisfied kare fir humare juban ko !

 yaad aagaye.Jab hum logo ne pucha -sir,31st ki party menu me khichdi? Sir ne bola
tha-Tapas, Khana roz ki hote hay ,yis liye woh aise hona chahiye ki,dusra khana

Potato -- 2 pcs medium size ke cube cut
Tomato --1 pcmedium size cube cut
Garlic --1 spoon grate kiya hua
Ginger --1 spoon grate kiya hua
Green chili--2 pcs paste kiya hua 
Ghee --2 table spoon
Refined oil -- 2 table spoon
Aachar -- 1 spoon (jyada chahiye to apna pasand ki hisab se  dena)
Sabut jeera --1 spoon
Hing--1tea spoon
Haldi powder --1 spoon
Chili powder --1/2 spoon
Dhaniya powder --1 spoon
Garam masala powder--1 spoon
Long --3 clove
Dalchini --2 tukda
salt --as per taste

Preparation of arhar dal khichdi recipe in hindi

Ingridents ready karte samay laga hay 15 minute,ab suru karte hay preparation.
Yise hum log banayenge  aur 15 minute me hi .Yis ki cooking complete karenge
hum ek pressure cooker me hi .Pressure cooker me ,ghee daliye aur ghee melt ho
to add kare oil.Fir dijiye sabut jeera ,hing,dry chili,tej patta,long,dalchini,ginger,
garlic aur chili paste, ab ek minute fry ki jiye onion,potato ,tomato mix kijiye,
dhaniya powder,haldi powder,chili powder add kare .ab rice aur dal,saath me tuar 
beans kadai daliye .aachcha karke milaiye aur dhakkan dhakke rakhiye 2 minute .

Aise dhakkan lagake cooking me masala dhire dhire rice,dal,aur kadai me,fir potato
tomato me masala ghush ta hay aur gujrati khichdi ki taste aise hi badte hay dhire
dhire. sab milake 5 minute cooking ho chuka ,ab yis me add kare paani aur saath me
 salt.Water utna hi daliye jitne me pura rice dal sabji paanime ho .hua abb aur 1.5 
cup paani aur dijiye.Pressure cooker ki lid lagaiye .sirf teen whistle hote hi  gas

whole moong dal --1 cup
tomato --1 big size
onion --1 big size
garlic -- 3 cloves
ginger paste --1 spoon
haldi powder --1 spoon
jeera powder -- 1 spoon
dhaniya powder --1 spoon
kashmiri chili powder-- 1/2 spoon
green chili -- 1/2 spoon paste
chota elaichi -- 2 pcs
dalchini -- 2 chota tukda
clove --3 pcs
sabut jeera -- 1 spoon
salt --as per taste
hing --1/2 spoon
Ghee/refined oil --2 table spoon

whole moong dal ko bhiga ke rakhiye 30 minute.fir pressure cooker me 6 whistle dijiye,pressure me dene se pahele-usme add kare 1/2 spoon haldi powder aur salt. dal jab pak jaye utar lijiye.

ek fry pan lijiye usme ghee/ oil daliye  .add kare hing, sabut jeera ,dalchini, elaichi,clove,onion,tomato ,ginger- garlic -green chili paste.aachcha karke cooke kare aur jab oil nikle to mix ki jiye boiled whole moong dal ko .aapke moong dal curry ready ho gaye .rice ye roti ke saath kha sakte ho.
